Because of our support of non-profit purposes - promotion of public and vocational education, as well as extending student aid (Section § 52 para. 2 sentence 1, No. 7 AO) - we have been relieved from certain tax obligations by the last-received exemption certificate or per the tax office entry with regards to corporate tax determination from the Ludwigsburg tax authority, TaxNo. 71491/20560, dated 03 May 2012 i.a.w. Section § 5 Para.1 No.9 of the Corporate Tax Act. We were thereby exempt from corporate tax obligations, as well as from trade tax obligations i.a.w. Section § 3 No. 6 of the Trade Tax Act.
VAT - Sales Tax Identification Number:
Since the association is exempt from taxation and no taxable sales are performed, there is no VAT tax number.
